Returns

 

If you wish to return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise, please email customer service at info@wtfmagazine.com. Indicate the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for the return. Make sure to include your order number in your email.  Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip.  A $5.95 shipping return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.   Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.  We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

 

Exchanges

 

At this time, www.wtfmagazine.com does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.wtfwear.com to submit a new order for your new items.

 

**WTF Wear is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.

 

When will my order ship?

 

All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed from Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday (except major holidays).

 

Standard Delivery:

Orders will typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.
